With the acquisition of all shares of alphaTrust.ch ag by BKW Building Solutions AG on 21.10.2021, anfass Life Technologies AG succeeded in leading one of its portfolio companies into a promising new future (see press release dated 02.11.2021). Anfass Life Technologies has actively supported the company alphaTrust since 2011 and been involved in all strategic and operational activities. As Chairman of the Board of Directors for many years, Arne-Christian Faisst was able to help shape the very successful development of the company in all phases. The acquisition by BKW now opens up a promising future for alphaTrust to continue its success story in the market.
