Planning and organization of market entry Switzerland for a large international Medtech company

The market entry was planned together with our customer and the implementation was organized and carried out for him. The company was given access to the Medical Advisory Team of anfass Life Technologies AG in order to establish initial contacts with Swiss clinics. Our team supported the definition of an adequate Swiss portfolio, the elaboration of a market oriented price positioning and assisted to set up the necessary sales organization. Subsequently, the organizational and administrative implementation of the market entry was fully supported.
