Suvema AG - Acquisition leads to market leadership in Switzerland

Since 2019, anfass Life Technologies has supported suvema AG in supplementing its organic growth strategy with strategic external components.  Arne Faisst holds a seat on the Board of Directors. Together with the Frankfurt-based investment bank Halder, the acquisition of newemag AG has now been successfully completed. This transaction creates the new market leader for customer-specific CNC-controlled machine tools in the Swiss market. (click here to see the press release).
