Within the scope of the mandate, a small biotech company was realigned to the market based on a technology assessment. The niche character of the existing technology was identified and the sale of the company was proposed. Subsequently, the company was divided into different business units and restructured into legal entities for sale. In close cooperation with the Board of Directors, potential buyers were identified, the M&A process was carried out by us and the units could be sold successfully. All jobs have been saved.
